Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Peasy mobile application and related services ("Peasy", "the app"), developed by Appvior. By using Peasy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service description

Peasy helps you estimate and track calorie intake using voice or text input, food search, restaurant menus, saved meals, optional nutrition-label scanning, hydration tracking, daily goals, history, home-screen widgets, and exports. Nutritional figures may come from catalogs, public food databases, or AI estimates. They are informational only and are not medical advice.

2. Accounts

After onboarding, sign in with Apple or Google to sync meal logs across devices. An account is required to use Peasy beyond the initial setup flow. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions (Peasy Plus)

Peasy Plus subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, free trials, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the store provider under its terms.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings. Subscription features may change over time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Peasy, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the app (except where permitted by law), or use it in violation of applicable law.

5. Health disclaimer

Peasy does not provide medical, dietary, or professional health advice. Calorie and nutrition figures are estimates and may be inaccurate, including when produced by AI or third-party food databases. Edit logs when needed. Consult a qualified professional before making health decisions. You use Peasy at your own risk.

6. Intellectual property

Peasy, its design, and its content are owned by Appvior or its licensors. Restaurant and brand names that appear when logging food identify products for tracking purposes only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may require app updates to continue using Peasy.

8. Termination

You may stop using Peasy at any time and may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peasy and Appvior are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on calorie or nutrition estimates.
